Build and maintain the PHP backend, FastAPI EMS engine, and network integration layer. Experience with network protocols preferred.
Create responsive, performant dashboards and monitoring interfaces. Build real-time data visualizations for ISP operations.
Support OLT integration, network management, and customer network troubleshooting. Deep GPON/EPON knowledge required.
Write and maintain documentation, API references, tutorials, and knowledge base articles for ISP operators.
Onboard new ISP clients, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of the OLT EMS platform.
